Woke up at 7am.
Prepared till about 7.30am and reached school at about 7.45am.
Set net, did all the things.
Today's training quite boring eh. D;
Coach said if yesterday we train fitness, today we wont be doing fitness lor.
But in the end we still did. -.-
Fitness -
Buddha clap ; 50 one set. 100 one set.
Pushups ; 20 one set. Pushup position down for 30 seconds.
Prison squard ; 50 one set.
Ninety degree squard ; For 2minutes.
Blocking ; 10 times.
The team squard ; 100 one set.
Wtffffff ? Sure all of us de muscle sure pain oneeee.
After training, bubbletea!

Then Gabrielle, Melissa, Cally and me went back to school.
