Woke up at 8am.
Prepare, and went off at about 8.30am.
Bgirl's training, really kills.
Plus we haven't get used to bgirls net.
The results of the jumping test,
34cm for blocking and 45cm for spiking?
Coach says must improve both by 5cm after MYE.
He told us, if fail cannot go for the trip.
Most of us, in fact all, still don't know how to do the fan gun.
The difficult part is at the sliding part i guess?
Most of us got injuries, because of that.
After a fan gun, recieve Raishan's spiking.
Then Zhofir's spiking, after that sinhau's.
And then, fan gun another side with left hand sliding.
Then push-ups if we didn't recieve properly.
Did some service.
Deproved.
After training, off to bubbleteaaa.

And chit chatted.
Off we went at 2pm+.
